Why Milestones At Play?
Milestones At Play bridges the gap between the medical and the early childhood intervention models. We advocate for early intervention AND provide a skilled hands-on approach.
We are a private pay pediatric physical therapy provider and offer a play-based, family-centered approach that fosters development of age-appropriate gross motor skills. Whether you are concerned about your child's side preference (torticollis) and/or head shape (plagiocepahly) or are looking for individualized guidance on achieving gross motor skills, Milestones At Play supports families throughout their therapy journey. We go above and beyond to ensure quality services that your child deserves.
At Milestones At Play, we create individualized treatment sessions at individualized frequencies and design home exercise programs with the whole family in mind, educating and empowering our parents to promote ongoing progress outside of treatment sessions.
When you work with Milestones At Play you'll find our quality of services are unmatched. You will work with an experienced, results-oriented clinician ready to help you and your little one thrive. A referral is not necessary to get your child started and moving in the right direction.

In-Home, Clinic, Or Virtual
If you live in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas you have the choice of in-home, clinic, or virtual visits tailored to your needs. We meet you in your home, inside our cozy clinic at the NEST, or in setting of choice, that includes daycares, private schools, playgrounds, museums, and more! For kids their natural environment is where they are most comfortable; we want to provide options as you know your child best AND we want watch your children to thrive!
Private Pay Services Equals More Flexibility
Pediatric Physical Therapy Without Limits
At Milestones At Play it is our goal to help your child be their unique self without limitations placed by insurance providers regarding number of visits and when those visits can be utilized. There are no waitlists, prior authorizations, or session caps. All costs are known upfront; those unexpected bills months after rendered services won't happen here!
We do not accept insurance however do accept HSA/FSA as payment. We will create an invoice upon request if you wish to submit for reimbursement through your insurance; reimbursement is not guaranteed.
